JD:
- Experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Labour Laws, or Compliance is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office .
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and field visits.
- Identify potential clients requiring Payroll Outsourcing, HR Services, Statutory Compliance, and Staffing Solutions.
- Schedule meetings with HR Heads, Directors, Business Owners, and Decision Makers.
- Present company services and explain the benefits of outsourcing payroll and compliance.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Follow up with prospects until business closure.
- Maintain CRM and submit weekly lead reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams during client onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
