Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 Years of relevant experience
Qualification: Any Graduation (B.Sc. preferred) / Degree in Engineering or Science; MBA in Sales would be an added advantage

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Lubricant Executive with hands-on experience in tribology and lubricant sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales of base oils and finished fluids, backed by strong data analysis and customer engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Apply tribology expertise to support product performance and customer solutions
✔ Drive sales of base oils and finished lubricants across target markets
✔ Perform data analysis to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and support decision-making
✔ Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities
✔ Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
✔ Negotiate deals and build long-term customer relationships
✔ Prepare impactful presentations and reports using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
