The Role
We're looking for a warm, driven Client Relationship Officer to be the first point of contact for everyone who reaches out to Aerobix. You'll guide prospective clients through their fitness journey, understanding their goals, recommending the right program, and supporting them from first enquiry to committed member. You'll also stay connected with existing clients to ensure they feel cared for and continue their transformation with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and warmly to every enquiry across Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins.
- Understand each client's goals and guide them to the right AEROBIX program.
- Follow up consistently and caringly until the client begins their journey.
- Convert InBody assessments and trial consultations into enrolled clients.
- Stay in touch with existing clients through check-ins, renewals, and program upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of every client interaction in our CRM.
- Meet monthly enrollment goals and share simple progress reports with management.
Who You Are
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, client coordination, or customer relationship roles. Candidates from bank debit/credit card desks, insurance, hospital front office, or admissions counselling are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent spoken Malayalam and working English; warm, confident, and reassuring on calls.
- Persistent and organized — you never let a client slip through the cracks.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM tools, and basic spreadsheets.
- Genuinely passionate about health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
