We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our educational institution. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students about courses, career options, admissions, and supporting them throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding the courses, eligibility, and the career paths
- Handle student enquiries via walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online leads
- Assist students with the admission process
- Coordinate with academic and administrative team
- Achieve admission targets and maintain student satisfaction
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM is an advantage)
- Freshers can apply; experience in education counselling is an added advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
