Core ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
- Lead and supervise Freight Brokers and Logistics Coordinators
- Ensure achievement of load matching, revenue, and margin targets
- Monitor team productivity and operational performance
Carrier Management
- Build and maintain a reliable network of US carriers
- Verify carrier insurance, safety ratings, and compliance through SAFER and Certified Broker platforms
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and transportation partners
Rate Negotiation & Market Analysis
- Negotiate competitive freight rates in Spot and Contract markets
- Utilize DAT iQ, Truckstop.com, and other logistics tools for pricing and market analysis
- Optimize profitability while maintaining service standards
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations, MC authority, and DOT requirements
- Monitor operational risks and shipment compliance
- Handle escalations related to shipment delays, breakdowns, and transit issues
US Freight Process Management
- Lead generation for US-based shippers and distributors
- Freight quoting based on market rates and lane analysis
- Dispatching and assigning loads to carriers
- Shipment tracking through ELD integrations and check calls
- POD management, billing, and settlement coordination
Problem Resolution
- Resolve O.S.&D. (Overages, Shortages & Damages) issues
- Act as the final escalation point for critical operational concerns
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in US Freight Brokerage / Logistics operations mandatory
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA and US transportation regulations
- Expertise in carrier management, dispatching, and freight negotiation
- Hands-on experience with DAT iQ, Truckstop.com, and logistics software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage US night shift operations efficiently
- Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
