- Recruiting : Oversees end-to-end hiring, including job descriptions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Onboarding & Orientation : Conducts new-hire orientations, manages joining formalities, and ensures smooth integration into company culture.
- Payroll & Benefits : Coordinates monthly payroll inputs, tracks attendance and leave.
- Employee Relations: Acts as the first point of contact for employee grievances, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive workplace environment.
- Statutory compliance: Develops, updates, and implements workplace policies while ensuring the organization adheres to local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Data & Record Management: Maintains accurate employee databases, handles confidential information, and generates HR metrics to support management decisions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
