Job Title: Cloud Services Specialist (Office365)
The Cloud Services Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting operations related to Azure, Office365, and Google Workspace. This role involves handling customer accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, managing licenses and subscriptions, and addressing basic technical or operational queries. The specialist acts as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Set up and manage customer accounts for Azure, Office365, and Google Workspace.
- Assist customers with basic account configurations, such as user creation, role assignments, and subscription setup.
Order Processing
- Process and activate orders for cloud services and subscriptions.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
License & Subscription Management
- Allocate, manage, and track licenses across Azure, Office 365, and Google Workspace.
- Assist with license renewals, upgrades, or downgrades as requested by customers.
Customer Support
- Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance for common issues related to Azure, Office 365, and Google Workspace.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, orders, and service requests.
- Generate reports on account activity, license usage, and subscription status
