The candidate should have good clinical knowledge, operation theatre handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Operation Theatre before procedures
- Assist surgeons and doctors during surgeries
- Maintain sterile OT environment and infection control protocols
- Handle surgical instruments and OT equipment
- Monitor patient preparation and recovery coordination
- Maintain OT records and documentation
- Coordinate with anesthesia team, nurses, and doctors
- Ensure proper stock and availability of OT consumables
- Follow hospital safety and surgical protocols

Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing
- Valid nursing registration preferred
- OT experience preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts

Experience:
1–3 Years Preferred
Freshers with OT training can also apply.
