Roles & Responsibilities:
Call customers from provided data for loan offers
Explain personal loan / business loan offers clearly
Understand customer requirements and collect basic details
Generate leads and schedule follow-ups
Maintain daily call records and update CRM
Achieve daily and monthly targets
✅ Requirements:
Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
Basic computer knowledge
Confident and convincing skills
