Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency areas.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report abnormalities to doctors.
- Assist doctors during procedures and treatments.
- Maintain patient case sheets and nursing documentation.
- Coordinate with RMOs, doctors, and other healthcare staff.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Assist in patient admission and discharge process.
