The Role
We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead and elevate the Mom’s Home brand narrative. With 5–7 years of experience, you will take ownership of our brand identity, ensuring our messaging consistently connects with modern parents. In this role, you will lead major campaigns, refine our market positioning, and mentor a growing team of marketers to execute with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Guardianship: Maintain and elevate our brand identity. Ensure strict consistency in our voice, aesthetics, and core values across all consumer touchpoints, from digital campaigns to physical packaging.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute core marketing initiatives. Lead the strategy for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations, ensuring they align with overall business and revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor an internal team of marketing executives, interns, and designers. Foster a collaborative environment, guide their daily workflows, and support their professional development.
- Market Insights: Analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Translate these insights into actionable strategies to anticipate market needs and refine our communication.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with the E-Commerce, Product Development, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and premium brand experience at every stage of the customer journey.
- External Partnerships: Oversee strategic external relationships, including PR agencies, macro-influencers, and brand partners, to expand our reach and build industry credibility.
What We Expect
- Experience: 5–7 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably within the D2C, FMCG, or parenting sectors.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to blend creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making. You can measure campaign performance and use data to optimize brand growth.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and developing teams. You are comfortable providing constructive feedback and elevating the work of junior team members.
- Ownership & Agility: Comfortable taking responsibility for projects in a fast-paced environment, driving them from the initial concept to successful completion.
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
