We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude to interact with customers over calls.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products/services.
- Generate leads and maintain customer records.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Good Hindi communication skills (English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
