Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the company's market presence, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors, and achieving business objectives. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, managing field teams, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Ochron Pharma's product portfolio while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in assigned territories.
- Appoint and manage distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Promote Ochron Pharma's pharmaceutical products through ethical marketing practices.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise Area Sales Managers, Medical Representatives, and other sales personnel.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Prepare territory-wise sales plans and monitor execution.
- Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence to improve business performance.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, CMEs, conferences, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and accounts departments to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pharmaceutical industry regulations, and ethical marketing guidelines.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, and management presentations.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.
- Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings.
- Continuously identify opportunities to increase market share and strengthen the Ochron Pharma brand.

Qualification

Experience
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in managing field sales teams and distributor networks is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
