Job Title: ERPNext Functional Consultant

Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document current (As-Is) and desired (To-Be) business processes.
- Gap Analysis: Identify differences between client business requirements and ERPNext standard functionality, proposing solutions.
- System Configuration: Configure ERPNext modules (Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, Inventory, CRM, etc.) to meet business needs without altering the core code.
- Documentation: Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), business blueprints, and end-user manuals.
- Testing & Implementation: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), assist with data migration, and ensure smooth go-live execution.
- Training & Support: Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to resolve system issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience implementing ERPNext or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERPNext modules, workflows, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with data migration, workflow customization, and report generation in ERPNext.
- Familiarity with scripting for minor ERPNext customizations (optional).
- Exposure to multiple industries (Manufacturing, Finance, Services) is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
