Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing / HR Intern to support recruitment, talent acquisition, branding, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a learning mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing & interview coordination
✔ Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
✔ Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases
✔ Support marketing activities, branding & social media engagement
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for hiring and communication
✔ Maintain reports, documentation, and HR records
Required Skills:
✅ Good communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Basic knowledge of HR & marketing concepts
✅ MS Office / Google Sheets knowledge
✅ Social media handling & coordination skills
✅ Quick learner with a positive attitude
Qualification:
Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (MBA, BBA, HR, Marketing preferred)
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
