Key Responsibilities
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the workplace—including desks, meeting rooms, and the pantry—remains clean, tidy, and hygienic.
- Hospitality: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff members and visiting guests.
- Document Handling: Sort, deliver, and retrieve mail, parcels, and important files between departments or outside locations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical work like photocopying, scanning, shredding, and stocking stationery.
- Equipment Upkeep: Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies, and handle minor maintenance for office machinery (like printers and coffee makers).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
