Job description:
· Backhand support to laboratory
· Cold Calling
· Handle incoming calls addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
· Working ERP (LIMS) and update the ERP (LIMS) as per requirement and supporting team for testing activity.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
· Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
· PI submission/Report submission/Tax invoice submission
· Payment follow-up

· Focused with Clear Vision
· Excellent communication skills (especially in English)
· Product knowledge (Training provided)

Required Education
12th / ITI / Diploma / Degrees (Science/Commerce)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
