About the Role: Do you love traveling, meeting people, and making a real difference at the grassroots level? The Healer Foundation is looking for an empathetic, action-oriented Field Operations & Community Coordinator. You will be the face of our foundation in rural areas—driving to villages, identifying community needs, distributing food/supplies, and building deep, trusting bonds with the villagers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Needs Assessment: Drive to various villages and needy areas to interact with locals, identify their core problems, and see how the foundation can help.
- Food & Ration Distribution: Coordinate the pick-up of cooked meals from hotels/kitchens and deliver them to villages. Directly manage the delivery of raw rice and groceries to families in need.
- Procurement & Logistics: Go to local shops to purchase essential items needed for the village, such as school bags, umbrellas, and clothing.
- Donor-Villager Connection: Collect birthday wishes, milestone updates, and video/audio greetings from the village people so our office team can send them to the donors.
- Community Awareness Events: Organize and host village-level events to raise awareness on critical issues like alcohol de-addiction, children's education, and women's empowerment.
Required Skills:
- Driving Skills: Must possess a valid Four-Wheeler Driver’s License and be highly confident driving a car through rural/village roads.
- Social Work Mindset: Deep empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to serve underprivileged communities.
- Physical Fitness: This is an active field role that involves driving long distances and loading/unloading supplies (like rice bags and heavy food containers).
- Event Organizing: Comfort with gathering a crowd, speaking publicly, and hosting small community programs.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
