- Design hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic power packs, manifolds, and hydraulic circuits.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
- Develop General Arrangement (GA), assembly, and manufacturing drawings.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for manufacturing.
- Select suitable hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, motors, cylinders, filters, and accumulators.
- Calculate cylinder forces, flow, pressure, and power requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Optimize designs for cost, quality, and manufacturability.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing and assembly.
- Resolve design-related issues on the shop floor.
- Support prototype development and testing.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare technical solutions.
- Assist the sales team with technical proposals and quotations.
- Attend customer meetings whenever required.
- Prepare technical documentation and datasheets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
