Role: Mild Steel (MS) Sales Executive
Location: Taloja / Navi Mumbai
Reporting To: Head – Mild Steel
Employment Type: Permanent
CTC Budget: 2-7L (According to experience)
Products: Mild Steel Pipes, MS Sheets & Plates, MS Coils, Structural Steel, TMT Bars, Steel Tubes & Sections

Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B clients across both domestic and international markets.
Client Retention: Maintain relationships with existing global/domestic clients and act as their primary point of contact.
Product Sales: Drive sales for our core portfolio:
- Flat Products: MS Sheets, Plates, and Coils.
- Long & Structural Products: TMT Bars, Angles, Channels, Beams, Tubes, and Sections.
Export & Logistics: Manage international trade compliance, shipping logistics, and Letters of Credit (LC) paperwork.
Internal Coordination: Liaise with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Reporting: Track monthly sales targets and provide market/competitor feedback to management.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce, Finance, BBA, or related field).
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience specifically handling TMT Bars, Structural Steel, MS Sheets, Plates, Coils, and Angles.
Communication: Fluent English with strong negotiation and corporate communication skills.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, or Oracle) is highly preferred.
Traits: High punctuality, strong work ethic, and market research agility.
