Job Title: Quality Manager (Hard Goods)
Location: Kasna, Greater Noida

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager from the hard goods export to lead quality assurance across production and ensure products meet buyer and international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and SOPs.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality.
- Handle quality issues, CAPA, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and export quality standards.
- Manage factory audits, documentation, and quality reports.
- Train and guide the QC team to improve quality performance.
- Monitor vendor and supplier quality to minimize defects.
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years of experience in quality management within the hard goods/export industry.
- Strong knowledge of wooden, metal, marble, resin, or home décor products.
- Experience with AQL inspection standards and quality systems.
- Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Preferred Background:
Candidates from export houses manufacturing home décor, kitchenware, giftware, furniture, or lifestyle products will be preferred.
