Synopsis : As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting suitable products and services. The role demands strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities :
● Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
● Conduct product demonstrations (virtual or in-person) for educators, institutions, and distributors
● Explain product features, benefits, and curriculum alignment clearly to customers
● Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads to closure
● Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools
● Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
● Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Key Skills:
● 0 –1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Confidence in delivering product demos
● Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
● Ability to build rapport with educators and institutional clients
● Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms
● Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
