Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented software tester to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying bugs, reporting issues, and ensuring product quality before release. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and an interest in software testing are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and software specifications.
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs.
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing.
- Ensure applications meet quality standards and user requirements.
- Participate in software testing activities throughout the development lifecycle.
- Prepare testing documentation and reports.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts.
- Knowledge of Manual Testing and testing methodologies.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or related field.

Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SQL / databases.
- Familiarity with web applications and APIs.
