Role Overview:
As a BDR, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Active LED display and digital signage segment. This includes end-to-end sales, relationship management, channel development, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and close new B2B opportunities (corporate, retail, govt., malls, stadiums, etc.)
· Manage full sales cycle: lead generation to closure & after-sales coordination
· Build strong client & channel partner relationships
· Collaborate with internal teams for tenders, demos & proposals
· Monitor market trends and competitor activity
· Mentor and train sales team members
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· MBA in Bussiness and Development
· 1 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in LED, AV, or electronics industry
· Strong presentation, communication & negotiation skills
· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM tools
· Target-driven with a proven track record

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
