Job Title: Production Manager (01 Position)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with an electrical background to lead and manage manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of products such as circuit breakers and other electrical components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and resources for maximum efficiency
- Supervise assembly and testing of circuit breakers and electrical equipment
- Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC, and design teams
- Implement process improvements and cost control measures
Requirements:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in production/manufacturing (electrical industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of circuit breakers and electrical assemblies
- Experience in handling shop floor operations and team management
- Good problem-solving and leadership skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of testing standards and quality systems
- Experience in electrical panel/components manufacturing
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
