URGENT HIRING – COLLECTION TEAM LEADER
Progressive Resolutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Collection Team Leader for recovery and collection operations in malapuram District.
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Travelling Allowance: ₹5,000 per month
Incentives: Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Collection & Recovery Executives
- Allocate accounts and monitor daily field activities
- Achieve collection and recovery targets
- Coordinate with bank officials and branch managers
- Review team performance and submit reports
- Support executives in handling difficult cases
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, recovery, banking, NBFC, or field sales
- Team handling experience preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
