Position: Trainer – Graphic Design & DTP
Job Role:
To train students in graphic design software, digital content creation, and visual communication skills for employment and freelance opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct training on CorelDRAW, Photoshop, PageMaker, Canva, and Illustrator.
* Teach design principles, branding, typography, and layout techniques.
* Guide students in creating print and digital marketing materials.
* Conduct project-based learning and portfolio development.
* Organize monthly master classes.
* Evaluate assignments and provide constructive feedback.
* Track student progress and maintain training records.
* Conduct assessments and prepare students for certification.
Qualification:
* Bachelor in Fine/ Commercial Art - expertise in Graphic Design, Multimedia.
* Professional certification in graphic design software preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of industry or training experience.
Skills Required:
* Creative design and visual communication skills.
* Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
* Portfolio development and mentoring skills.
* Strong communication and presentation abilities.
