We are seeking a professional and welcoming Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage reception duties, handle administrative support tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front office.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, couriers, and packages.

Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.

Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.

Coordinate with facility management and vendors for office supplies and services.

Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
