The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services, strengthen brand awareness, and generate business leads. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare monthly and annual marketing budgets and campaign calendars.
Brand Promotion
- Manage and enhance the company’s brand image.
- Coordinate the creation of brochures, presentations, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Organize exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
Digital Marketing
- Oversee social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and website content updates.
- Work with SEO and online advertising campaigns to increase visibility and lead generation.
Sales Support
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide marketing support and lead generation.
- Prepare marketing presentations for clients and business partners.
- Track customer feedback and improve marketing efforts accordingly.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare ROI reports.
- Analyze marketing data and suggest improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and branding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
