JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Executive – Field Marketing is responsible for driving the hospital's market presence, brand reputation, and strategic healthcare partnerships. The role focuses on optimizing communication between external partners and internal clinical teams, organizing and executing high-impact community outreach initiatives, and proactively identifying, pitching, and securing alliances with local schools, corporate entities, and Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) to execute public health screening camps and wellness programs.
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
● Any bachelor's degree; a background in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech is highly preferred.
Experience:
● 3 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare Marketing, Pharma, Medical Equipment, or Hospital Referral Marketing in Chennai.
Local Geography Knowledge:
● Thorough understanding of Chennai's medical ecosystem, major healthcare hubs, and residential localities.
Soft Skills:
● Exceptional communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a highly professional presence and attitude.
Travel:
● Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for intensive daily field travel.
Languages:
● Fluency in Tamil is mandatory for building rapport with local clinicians.
● Professional proficiency in English is required.
Data & Tools Familiarity:
● Competency and comfort with data entry and the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
● Experience with data analysis is an added advantage.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Referral Network Development:
● Build referral relationships that align with SMF's institutional ethos, mission, and vision.
● Connect with GPs and diagnostic labs in and around the hospital's catchment area (Wavin–Ambattur industrial corridor).
● Plan and identify local schools and RWAs for securing partnerships and organizing community health screening camps.
● Enhance customer support by facilitating access to home care services.
New Network Additions:
● Identify new customers and share information on the hospital's facilities and services.
● Increase awareness of hospital services within the community.
Customer Engagement:
● Facilitate seamless connection between external customers and internal teams to ensure service delivery as per customer requirements.
● Maintain a healthy communication flow between all stakeholders.
● Conduct regular follow-up visits to understand customer needs and provide timely service.
Community Outreach:
● Identify and map prominent schools, residential apartments, and RWAs in localities adjacent to the hospital.
● Pitch, negotiate, and secure permissions with school management and RWA office-bearers to conduct free or subsidized health screening camps.
● Coordinate the logistical execution of camps, including scheduling of doctors, nurses, and technical staff, and arrangement of basic diagnostic kits (BP, blood sugar, BMI) and marketing collateral (banners, brochures).
● Drive pre-event promotions through WhatsApp community broadcasts and pamphlet distribution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
