- To visit the location & taking the measurements as per requirement.
- Finalizing the Design of the outlet by coordinating with the Architect.
- Sharing the design to the Clients.
- Finalization of PMC vendor after obtaining the Quotation.
- Agreement process with PMC.
- Coordinating with various departments like Purchase, SCM, Admin & Central store internally.
- Requirements of Big Capex & Small Capex list to be prepared & same has to shared with the concerned department.
- Follow up with the PMC for completion of project within the prescribed time limit.
- Should be on the field always & need to visit the sites on a regular basis.
- Should be capable of handling multiple projects at a time.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
