We are looking for an experienced Head of Execution to lead and manage the execution of residential construction projects from start to completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor execution of multiple residential construction projects.
- Plan project activities, manpower, materials, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and Vendors.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and productivity.
- Identify site issues and implement practical and timely solutions.
- Ensure proper coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams.
- Review contractor performance and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Conduct regular site reviews and provide progress reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
- Take ownership of project timelines and resolve execution-related bottlenecks.
Qualification & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in civil/residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel between project sites.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
