4+ years of experience managing a retail outlet, bakery, or sweets shop or QSR outlet with good communication skills to manage both staff and walk-in guests. Exp in Proficiency with retail POS billing software.
Job Responsibilities
Freshness & Inventory Management
Monitor daily shelf-life and stock rotation (FIFO) of perishable sweets.
Coordinate with the kitchen team regarding daily production needs.
Manage ordering for raw ingredients, packaging, and gift boxes.
Implement strict waste-tracking protocols to minimize food scrap loss.
Staff Leadership & Customer Service
Recruit, train, and schedule counter staff and cashiers.
Train team members on product ingredients (especially allergens like nuts and dairy).
Maintain a warm, welcoming environment consistent with traditional hospitality.
Efficiently resolve customer complaints regarding product quality or service
Operations & Food Safety
Enforce local food safety, health department, and hygiene regulations.
Maintain pristine cleanliness of counters, display cases, and seating areas.
Manage daily cash handling, billing systems, and bank deposits.
Oversee prep and execution for high-volume festive seasons (e.g., Diwali, Eid, Rakhi).
Sales & Visual Display
Create appealing, clean, and appetizing visual displays in glass counters.
Drive catering orders, corporate gifting sales, and bulk event bookings.
Implement promotional offers for slow-moving items or upcoming holidays.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
