Requirnment
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth through strong relationship management and exceptional post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Handle customer concerns and escalations effectively
✔ Ensure smooth onboarding and service implementation
✔ Monitor customer satisfaction and retention
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
✔ Identify upselling and business growth opportunities
✔ Conduct regular follow-ups and performance reviews
✔ Maintain CRM records and customer reports
✔ Drive contract renewals and engagement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success / Client Servicing
✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
✔ Experience with CRM tools & reporting
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
