Position: Project Associate
Location: Noida
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience Required: 2-5 years
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Associate to oversee and coordinate residential home refurbishment projects, including civil renovation, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, furnishing, and final staging. The ideal candidate has a strong background in on-site execution, vendor coordination, and quality control, ensuring that homes are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Oversee day-to-day site execution of refurbishment projects across multiple residential properties.
- Review project scope, BOQs, and drawings and communicate clear tasks to vendors and workers.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower for all ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, and interior vendors.
- Maintain daily check-ins and task lists for each trade to avoid downtime.
- Ensure contractor payments are linked to verified work progress.
- Enforce strict quality standards across workmanship and finishes.
- Inspect all stages (civil, electrical, plumbing, paint, fittings, etc.) for defects or rework needs.
- Take approval from project managers for critical execution stages.
- Monitor actual vs planned progress and escalate delays immediately.
- Maintain material consumption reports and suggest cost-saving alternatives where feasible.
- Submit weekly progress reports with photos and status updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for design implementation and snag management.
- Provide clear site updates and walkthroughs as needed.
- Capture and maintain photo/video logs of before/after for documentation.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction & home refurbishment
- Hands-on expertise in site execution across civil, MEP, and site management
- Good communication and vendor handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving ability and site troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp updates, and basic reporting tools
- Fluency in Hindi and working English (for reporting)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in residential refurbishment, fit-outs, or interior execution
- Prior experience in turnkey or contractor-led projects is a strong advantage
