Key Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely pack, load, and unload products from the vehicle according to company instructions.
- Route Navigation: Follow predetermined routes and use GPS navigation systems to ensure timely arrivals.
- Customer Interaction: Greet clients, verify correct items, and collect customer signatures, confirmations, or payments when required.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep the delivery vehicle clean and secure.
- Communication: Report any traffic delays, accidents, or mechanical issues immediately to dispatch or management. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Requirements & Skills
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Local Knowledge: Good familiarity with local roads, shortcuts, and navigation apps.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift heavy packages and stand or walk for long shifts.
- Soft Skills: Good time-management, punctuality, and polite communication skills. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
