Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled software Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in developing HRMS applications, employee management systems, or database-driven business software. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining HR and database management modules while ensuring performance, scalability, and data security.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, database management, API integration, and software troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance HRMS software modules and database management systems.
- Design and optimize databases, queries, stored procedures, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business and HR operational requirements.
- Develop user-friendly web-based applications and dashboards.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal systems where required.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support.
- Ensure software security, data integrity, and system performance.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain development records.
- Participate in software testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in software development.
- Experience in HRMS software, ERP modules, or employee management systems preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL or similar databases
- Backend technologies such as PHP, Python, Node.js, or .NET
- Frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- REST APIs and database integration
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of software security and data privacy practices.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on payroll, attendance, recruitment, or employee management modules.
- Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms and server management.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboard development.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum development environments.
