Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, SOPs, and inspection standards.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze quality issues, customer complaints, and internal defects to identify root causes.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production, QC, and maintenance teams to improve product quality.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Support new product development and process validation activities.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and scrap data and recommend improvement actions.
- Conduct supplier quality evaluations and incoming material quality checks.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Train shop-floor employees on quality procedures and best practices.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance records of measuring instruments are updated.
Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Diploma holders with strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are encouraged to apply.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a quality-related role within manufacturing.
- Strong-performing freshers with relevant internships or industrial exposure may also be considered.

- Excellent English communication skills for documentation, reporting, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Leadership and coordination ability.
- Ability to analyze risks, implement controls, and influence change.
- Proficiency in CAD.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as CAPA, RCA, 5 Why, and inspection standards will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
