Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing export operations, and expanding our brand presence in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
- Business Expansion & Client Acquisition
- Identify and develop new B2B clients, retail partners, and boutique stores in the assigned region.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance repeat business.
- Drive regional business growth in Polki and Diamond jewellery segments.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to ensure competitive positioning.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Product Knowledge & Presentation
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Polki and Diamond jewellery, including craftsmanship, design, and pricing.
- Conduct product presentations, trunk shows, and client meetings to showcase collections.
- Ensure that product positioning aligns with brand standards and client expectations.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong communication and rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and service requests with professionalism and prompt response.
- Market Research & Networking
- Research potential business opportunities and explore new B2B channels in the jewellery segment.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the brand and generate leads.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order execution and delivery.
- Maintain updated records of leads, sales pipelines, and client databases in CRM systems.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the management team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 3–7 years in B2B Jewellery Sales (Polki & Diamond experience mandatory)
- Background: Must be from the Jewellery industry
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Preferred Locations: Ahmedabad, Gujrat

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
