Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of welding and sheet metal fabrication and be eager to learn in a production environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assemble, fit, and install sheet metal components.
- Assist in welding and fabrication activities.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, drilling machines, and grinders.
- Perform cutting, drilling, bending, and fitting of sheet metal parts.
- Inspect fabricated components for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety standards and work instructions.
- Support production targets and complete assigned tasks on time.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of welding (MIG/TIG/Arc welding is an advantage).
- Understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as Vernier calipers, measuring tape, and steel scale.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- ITI (Fitter/Welder), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.37 - ₹20,000.20 per month
