- Resposibilities for Constructing Bridges cum Building works
For Bridge
1) Management of structural analysis, design, and contract document preparation (plans, specifications, estimate).
2) Management of project budget and schedule.
3) Coordination and communication with clients, sub-consultants, and project team members.
4) Quality review of work products.
5) Proposal preparation and Scope and Fee development.
For Building
1) Planning and executing civil engineering and building project
2) Knowledgeable of drainage construction, foundation, all C&S works and high rise building works.
3) Planning, design and day-to-day running of construction projects undertaken by the company
4) Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants for the execution of works
5) Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule
6)Updating of project records for reporting purposes and submission of reports
7) Attend site meetings and resolve technical/ operational issues independentl
8)Undertake ad-hoc duties to project execution

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
