Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Train, mentor and motivate a team of sales agents, conducting performance reviews and providing coaching.
Sales Strategy: Develop, implement and oversee sales plans, set goals and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify opportunities and advise on pricing and investments.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and foster a high level of customer satisfaction.
Operations & Reporting: Prepare sales reports, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with marketing.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven background in real estate sales, often with several years in management.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead, manage and motivate teams.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
Education: Often a degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
