We are looking for an experienced and dynamic *Service AGM* to lead and manage end-to-end service operations at our dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team performance in the service department.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Service Operations Management*
Oversee complete workshop operations including job allocation, service delivery, turnaround time, and quality control.
* *Team Leadership & Development*
Lead, mentor, and train service advisors, technicians, and support staff to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
* *Customer Satisfaction & Retention (CSI)*
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality, reducing complaints, and improving retention rates.
* *Performance Monitoring*
Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as revenue targets, service volume, productivity, and efficiency metrics.
* *Customer Escalation Handling*
Resolve critical customer issues and escalations promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
* *Process & SOP Implementation*
Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and compliance guidelines within the workshop.
* *Revenue & Business Growth*
Drive service revenue through AMC, value-added services, spare parts sales, and upselling opportunities.
* *Inventory & Workshop Management*
Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of spares and smooth workflow.
