Soft Skill trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering personality development programs, focusing on communication, empathy, leadership, and emotional intelligence. The role aims to prepare students for academic success, interviews, and future careers by nurturing their interpersonal abilities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, English, Human Resources, or Mass Communication.
- Experience: Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in soft skills training, behavioral training, or teaching (experience in academic institutions is preferred).
- Freshers with excellent Communication skills can apply.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and proficiency in creating interactive presentations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
