- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, quality plans, and records.
- Apply automotive core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans to ensure robust product and process quality.
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Perform internal process, product, and system audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
- Analyze quality performance data, identify trends, investigate defects, and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using structured problem-solving methodologies to eliminate recurring quality issues.

- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and NPD teams to resolve quality concerns and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, statutory regulations, and internal quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor process capability and product conformity using statistical techniques and recommend improvements where required.
- Manage non-conforming materials, customer complaints, and internal quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Support supplier quality development through supplier audits, performance monitoring, and corrective action follow-up to ensure consistent component quality.
- Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and presentations for management review meetings.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality awareness, and operational excellence across the organization.
