Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (L1)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (L1) with 2 years of experience in IT support to handle hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure systems & user accounts
- Handle basic LAN/Wi-Fi issues
- Maintain IT assets and documentation
Requirements:
- 2 years of IT support experience
- Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
