We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to support community outreach, student engagement, and program implementation. The candidate will work closely with students, families, and community members to ensure effective participation in educational and skill development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct community outreach to identify eligible students and beneficiaries.
- Mobilize students for training programs.
- Provide counseling and guidance to students regarding education, career, and skill development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student data, attendance, and progress.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth program execution.
- Visit communities, schools, and local areas for awareness and mobilization activities.
- Ensure proper follow-up with students and parents.
- Assist in organizing events, sessions, and community meetings.

Required Qualifications
- 10th/ 12th / Graduate/ BSW, MSW or related field.
- Master’s Degree (MSW) will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of community development and social programs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
