Job Description: Executive / Senior Executive – Finishing & Packing Production

Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Head
Job Purpose
To supervise and ensure efficient execution of finishing, inspection, packing, and dispatch preparation activities while maintaining quality standards, productivity targets, safety compliance, and customer delivery schedules.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily finishing and packing activities as per production schedules.
- Ensure smooth workflow of products through trimming, cleaning, labeling, folding, packing, and final inspection stages.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Optimize manpower utilization and machine/equipment availability.
Quality Control
- Ensure all finished products comply with customer specifications and quality requirements.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections before packing.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to address defects and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records of quality checks and rejection analysis.
Packing & Dispatch Readiness
- Verify packing materials, labels, cartons, and shipping marks as per customer requirements.
- Ensure proper packing methods to prevent damage during transportation.
- Monitor packing accuracy and carton reconciliation.
- Prepare finished goods for dispatch according to shipment schedules.
Team Management
- Supervise and guide operators, packers, and helpers.
- Conduct daily production meetings and allocate tasks effectively.
- Train team members on SOPs, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of shop-floor personnel.
Inventory & Documentation
- Track consumption of packing materials and maintain stock records.
- Coordinate with stores and warehouse teams for material availability.
- Maintain production reports, packing records, and shift-wise performance data.
- Ensure accurate documentation for audits and customer compliance requirements.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the finishing and packing area.
- Support compliance with ISO, customer audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report safety hazards and implement preventive measures.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
