Role: Education Counselor
Summary:
An Education Counselor guides students in choosing the right academic programs and career paths, ensuring they make informed decisions based on their goals and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch company products/services.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Follow up with warm leads shared by the marketing or CRM team.
- Maintain call logs, customer databases, and daily sales reports.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Upsell / cross-sell where applicable.
- Assist in training and mentoring new tele sales executives.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and understand student needs.
- Knowledge of academic programs and admission procedures.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; prior counseling experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
