Job Description – Motion Designer Tutor

SkillHubb is looking for a highly creative and technically strong Motion Designer Tutor who can train aspiring students in advanced motion design, VFX, cinematic editing, and AI-powered creative workflows through live practical sessions.
- The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, motion graphics, VFX compositing, advanced editing, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to mentor students and prepare them for real-world industry opportunities.
- The role involves conducting live training sessions, teaching students from beginner to advanced level, and helping them master concepts such as motion graphics, typography animation, VFX compositing, green screen editing, motion tracking, masking, rotoscoping, cinematic transitions, sound sync, storytelling, hook creation, and premium video production techniques.
- The candidate should also be well-versed in AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, and other AI-assisted video production tools, enabling students to learn modern industry workflows.
- Apart from technical training, the tutor will be responsible for mentoring students on practical assignments, portfolio/showreel development, project execution, freelance opportunities, agency workflows, and creative problem-solving so they can become industry-ready professionals.
- Additionally, this role will also require the candidate to contribute to Resometa Technologies’ internal creative requirements, including editing videos, motion creatives, promotional content, ad videos, and other visual content as assigned for company and client projects.
- We are looking for someone who not only understands software but also knows how to build creative thinking, ideation, and execution skills in students while also being capable of delivering strong creative outputs professionally.
Prior teaching experience is a plus, but strong practical expertise, communication skills, mentoring capability, confidence in conducting live interactive sessions, and the ability to manage both training and production responsibilities are mandatory.
